8-Week Thursday Evening Intermediate Wheel Throwing: Refining Your Practice & Coaching January 7 - February 25 | 6:00pm - 8:30pm

$550.00

January 7 - February 25 | 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Instructor: Becca Sands

Designed for potters who have a foundation in wheel throwing and are ready to continue developing their skills, this class offers dedicated time to make, experiment, and refine your work with individualized guidance from your instructor.

Rather than following a prescribed series of projects, you'll focus on your own goals, whether that's improving form and proportion, throwing taller or larger pieces, refining your trimming, achieving greater consistency, or exploring new directions in your work.

Through individualized coaching and feedback, you'll have the opportunity to work through challenges, strengthen your technique, and build confidence in your own practice.

This is dedicated time to keep making, keep learning, and take your work further with the support of an experienced instructor.

Course enrollment includes your first 25 pound bag of clay, a shelf and access to open studio time all day Saturday and Sunday. This class is for anyone just beginning their journey with clay or with some experience on the wheel. “Bring a Friend” events are held twice a term for enrolled students, where you can bring a friend for $25.
